CD Drive Does not work any more?

I seem to format my computer many times. Reasons because I guess when I download free programs example nod32 trial, avira, avast, avg, kaspersky etc for antivirus protection it doesn’t quite work well. Also I get a lot of preloaded software Junk on my pc when it’s fully formatted. Also like I tried pccrapifier i think its called didn’t really work well I just want one program that will do it all for my computer like ace utilities or tune-up utilities a registry cleaner / junk cleaner/ etc etc I think you get the point this would save me from reformatting every time its annoying need your help and thanks.

Script Error! I have a script error with tvtonic.com. Tried everything! Can’t fix the error?
