MCE is designed to work with a TV tuner. The same tuner can be used to do what you want, but doing it within MCE is tricky. A better way is to do it outside MCE, using the tuner&#039;s software, or other software like Nero. There is a delay between input to the tuner and appearance on the screen that makes game playing impossible.</description>
