then go on newegg to get it for cheap
That pc takes DDR400(pc3200) ram.
Max ram is 4 gig.

“Although the memory can be installed one module at a time, the best performance comes from using matched pairs of modules.”
Therefore I would recommend buying 2x 1GB RAM modules from Crucial.

Kingston RAM seems to be your best bet. As for the amount of RAM, I wouldn’t try going over 1GB. If the computer is less than one year old then go ahead and go with 2GB but I would not recommend it.
