Is there a way to run the new Media Center Software without buying a new Media Center PC?

Yes it is like Windows Xp home edition or pro edition. Head to your nearest Bestbuy/circuit city/ costco or any store with electronics and buy the CD. Note it does cost about 100-200 bucks !

yes but you have to download it llegally and risk a visit from the police or mpaa.
No you can only get it when you buy a PC with it
