Cardinal Rule asked:

I ordered a PC online over the weekend from cyberpowerpc.com, based on excellent word of mouth things I heard about them. The gave an estimated ship date of this Friday, the 19th. Now, they are saying the 29th! I know unexpected delays can occur, but 10 days more? Changing from 6 days to 16 days to ship? And get this, if you go to their website right now, they estimate a ship date of the 25th. 4 days before my PC that I ordered last weekend! So either I am getting screwed, or CyberPowerPC is now lying even more, and what is now the 25th will become Feb. 6th or something.

The point is, I need a PC for next week. My wife is starting school and needs to have it. Do I have any rights here? Can I demand to get “rush service” without the extra charge, do to their blatant misrepresentation? *** do I want a Media Center PC for when Vista will already be out when I finally get it in the mail?
